Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer for a well-established accident repair centre in Rochdale. Duties of the Paint Sprayer:

- Prepare, prime, mask, and paint vehicles to a high standard

- Accurately colour match panels, following manufacturer specifications

- Apply paint efficiently to achieve a high-quality finish

- Inspect finished work and perform polishing if required

- Work within production targets, ensuring timely completion of repairs

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace adhering to PPE and RPE protocols

- Collaborate effectively within a busy repair team

- Ensure all work complies with quality control and insurance standards

Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer, ideally within an accident repair environment

- Strong knowledge of vehicle preparation, painting processes, and finishing techniques

- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- Ability to work from preparation through to final finish efficiently

- Good time management skills; able to meet strict deadlines

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment

- Relevant qualifications would be advantageous
