The Role
As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities may include:
•
Planning and delivering
engaging and creative lessons
•
Teaching across
EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your experience
•
Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
•
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
•
Adapting lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
•
Supporting pupils with
SEND and additional needs
•
Managing classroom behaviour effectively
•
Working closely with Teaching Assistants and other school staff
•
Building positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
We're Looking For Someone Who:
•
Holds
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate UK-recognised teaching qualification
•
Has experience teaching within a primary school setting
•
Has a good understanding of the
Primary National Curriculum
•
Is confident with classroom and behaviour management
•
Is creative, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching
•
Can adapt their teaching to meet individual pupil needs
•
Is reliable, organised and a strong team player
•
Is committed to helping every child reach their full potential
