About the Role
We are seeking a Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our branch. This role requires a leader who can manage staff,
deliver excellent customer service, and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
* Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
* Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Requirements
* Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (preferably in a branch, retail, banking, or service environment).
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* You must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.

Working Hours and Job Location
The working hours for this role are 39.00 hours a week.
Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 1.30pm and Sunday 10.00am – 2.00pm (every other Sunday)
