Summary
Act as the Divisional lead for regulatory compliance and assurance. Ensure the Division maintains compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Lead divisional compliance assessments and assurance reviews. Lead and take responsibility divisional preparation for CQC inspections, external reviews and accreditation visits. Support implementation of Trust-wide compliance strategies and assurance frameworks. Ensure divisional evidence is available and maintained to demonstrate compliance. Design, monitor and coordinate delivery of regulatory action plans and evaluation processes. Identify and escalate risks to compliance through appropriate governance structures, providing strategic oversight and solutions where required.
