We're currently seeking Bank Care Support Workers who have the flexibility to work shifts as required and who live locally to the service, enabling them to support the needs of our residents at short notice when required.

✔ Have flexibility to work shifts across a varied rota as required

✔ Be available to support short-notice cover when needed

✔ Live locally to Bromborough or within a reasonable travelling distance

✔ Have a valid right to work in the UK

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Bank Care Support Worker at Mendell Court, you'll be supporting individuals within our Assisted Living service to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

No two days are the same, but your role may include:

✅ Supporting people with everyday living activities and routines

✅ Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion

✅ Encouraging independence, confidence and personal development

✅ Promoting wellbeing, dignity, choice and person-centred support

✅ Assisting with meal preparation and healthy eating

✅ Supporting with medication in line with care plans and training

✅ Helping individuals access local community activities and services

✅ Supporting attendance at appointments and social activities

✅ Maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable living environment

✅ Building positive, professional and trusting relationships with the people we support
