Summary

A Vacancy at University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.

This is a whole time appointment for 24 months. The post is for trainees in obstetrics & gynaecology wishing to undertakesub-speciality training in Gynaecological Oncology

Applicants must possess MRCOG, Specialty Registrar Year 6 or above (or equivalent) experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology & be able to provide evidence of a Personal Development Plan & Log Book.

The post doesnotcarry a National Training Number (NTN), therefore applicants with an NTN should negotiate with their Training Programme Director for out-of-training experience.

The post holder will be expected to supervise & train postgraduate resident medical staff & participate in various teaching programmes for postgraduate students.

The post holder will cover mainly Gynaecological Oncology workload with regular review of inpatients, outpatient attendance, attending MDT and extended evening theatres as required.
