Partners and senior leaders, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding people experience across the Firm.

You'll act as a trusted adviser to leaders, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management,

organisational development and workforce planning. Beyond supporting day-to-day people matters, you'll have the opportunity to

shape and deliver initiatives that strengthen engagement, develop talent, champion inclusion and wellbeing, and foster a culture

Leading and developing a dedicated People Operations team, you'll help ensure our people practices not only support our employees

but also contribute to the Firm's wider strategic objectives.

Main Tasks

* Lead, coach and develop the People Administrator and People Advisor, ensuring a high-quality and consistent People service

across the Firm.

* Drive People Operations projects that enhance processes, improve the employee experience and support business growth.

* Support the implementation and governance of Innovation Boards, helping people-focused initiatives move from idea to impact.

* Lead our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and wellbeing strategies, working closely with colleagues across the business to

deliver meaningful and lasting change.

* Partner with the People and Performance Director to deliver employee engagement initiatives, analyse feedback and strengthen

employee voice.

* Work with Managing Partners and leadership teams to create people plans that align with business priorities and workforce

needs.

* Act as a trusted adviser on complex employee relations matters, providing pragmatic and commercially focused solutions.

* Coach managers and leaders on performance management, accountability, feedback and employee development.

* Collaborate with the Talent Development team on succession planning, leadership development and talent retention initiatives.

* Lead and support organisational change projects, helping teams navigate change successfully and effectively.

* Analyse people data and HR metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities, providing insights that drive informed

decision-making.

* Work closely with Reward & Benefits colleagues to support reward processes, pay reviews and retention strategies.

* Build strong relationships throughout the Firm, ensuring a collaborative and consistent approach to people matters.

* Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR best practice and internal policies.

What will it take to be successful?

You'll be a confident and credible HR professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders and making a real impact through

people.

You'll also bring:

* Level 7 CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.

* Significant generalist HR experience, including complex employee relations, policy application and process improvement.

* Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice and risk management.

* Proven experience influencing, coaching and advising senior leaders and stakeholders.

* Experience managing and developing team members to deliver exceptional internal service.

* A commercial mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people solutions.

* Strong analytical skills, with experience using people data and metrics to inform decisions and recommendations.

* Experience using HR systems and digital tools to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

* A proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

* The ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.

* Professionalism, resilience and discretion when managing sensitive situations.

* A passion for creating an inclusive, engaging and high-performing workplace culture.
