Summary
Customer Service Assistant
Location: Eurocentral, Motherwell
Contract:
12-Week Initial Contract (with potential for extension)
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday | Rotating shifts between
08:00 - 18:00
Hours per Week: 40 Hours

Customer Service Assistants to join our well-established client based at
Eurocentral, Motherwell.
If you're a confident communicator with excellent written skills and enjoy helping customers, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience with a leading business. Full training is provided, making this an excellent role whether you're experienced in customer service or looking to take the next step in your career.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via
- Deliver professional, friendly and efficient customer support
- Resolve a variety of customer queries accurately and promptly
- Work towards individual performance and service targets
- Maintain high standards of written communication and attention to detail
- Provide an outstanding customer experience on every interaction

What We're Looking For
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
- Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but
not essential
