Summary
Role overview
Lead the way to independent living, in an exciting new role!
We’re recruiting a Senior Housing Transition Support Worker to work across our Gloucestershire accommodation-based and
community-based services, helping people move successfully from supported accommodation into homes of their own.
The Role
This varied role combines direct support, housing transition work and senior operational responsibilities. You’ll support people
as they move from supported accommodation into their own homes, helping them settle in, build independence and sustain their
tenancy.
Alongside your own caseload, you’ll guide and support colleagues, assist with staff supervision, contribute to quality and file
audits, help coordinate staffing cover and take part in the management on-call rota.
We’re looking for someone experienced, organised and confident who can work independently, adapt across different services and
bring a calm, positive approach to supporting both clients and colleagues.
If you’re passionate about helping people make a successful transition into independent living, and you’re ready to take the next
step in your support career, we’d love to hear from you.
