We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Careers Advisor to join our exceptionally busy and professional Careers team.

If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality, impartial careers advice and guidance, and confident supporting young people and adults to make informed progression decisions, this role could be for you!

You’ll have a Level 6 qualification in Careers Advice and Guidance, alongside experience of delivering CEIAG activities in an education setting.

If you’re an enthusiastic and positive careers professional committed to supporting learners to achieve their full potential, we look forward to hearing from you.

Your passion and enthusiasm will be underpinned by the experience, skills and understanding you bring including delivering one-to-one and group guidance, supporting progression into employment, apprenticeships and higher education, managing caseloads including vulnerable learners, and working collaboratively with curriculum teams and external partners.
