Summary

Job Title: Data Analyst (Performance Support Officer)

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week

Location: Lincoln, Hybrid

Closing Date: Sunday 6th September 2026

Interviews: 16th September 2026 – in person in Lincoln County Offices

If so, this is an excellent opportunity for you to join the Family Adoption Links Team as our Data Analyst (Performance Support Officer)!

Family Adoption Links are a forward-thinking regional adoption agency (RAA) .

We operate as partnership supporting adoption services across 6 local authorities (Leicester, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire and Rutland) to share best practice, and develop and deliver services for adopters , adopted children and young people and birth families. This role is part of the Family Adoption Links (FAL) Hub Team who work collaboratively to support partner agencies and coordinate some core functions of the adoption process.
