Summary

We're currently seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our facilities management team.

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be the face of our company, using your wide range of skills to tackle different repair and maintenance jobs in the hospitality and social housing sectors.

Working closely with colleagues, clients and our supply chain, you'll be responsible for keeping our clients' buildings safe, running smoothly, and looking great.

No two days are the same, so you'll need to be organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

· Fixing and Repairing: Responding to daily maintenance requests to fix building issues quickly and safely.

· Using Multiple Trades: Carrying out day-to-day repairs including carpentry (fixing doors and locks), basic plumbing (unblocking drains and repairing leaks), patch plastering, tiling, and touch-up painting.

· Planning Ahead: Completing routine safety checks and planned maintenance tasks to stop problems before they happen.

· Staying Connected: Using a company smartphone to receive your daily jobs, update progress, and log parts used.

· Being Professional: Being polite with building occupants and clients, keeping them updated on your progress and leaving your work area clean and tidy.
