Summary
This 12-month maternity cover Recruiter role based at Kingdom Services Group’s Newton-le-Willows Head Office offers an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to support the full recruitment lifecycle across the Security division. Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing applications, screening CVs, arranging and conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding, maintaining accurate recruitment records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and pre-employment checks, and supporting recruitment reporting and administration. The role requires strong communication, customer service, Microsoft Office, organisational, and compliance skills, along with a proactive and professional approach that reflects Kingdom’s CARE values.
