Friday: 7:30am - 2:00pm
Contract: Full‑time

About the Role
We're looking for a hardworking and dependable
Manufacturing Operative to join our growing packaging operation. You'll play a key part in keeping our production area running smoothly - from handling stock and preparing orders to supporting production teams when needed.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands‑on role, takes pride in working efficiently, and thrives in a busy warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
• Working on a Press - Producing foam production and corrugated cardboard
• Working from drawings - assembling and glueing foam based products
• Supporting production teams with materials and packaging supplies
• Operating warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
• Following all company health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For
• Previous manufacturing and production experience
• Good level of physical fitness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well as part of a team
