About the Role

As a Helpline Advisor, you'll become an integral part of our Customer Service team, serving as one of the first points of contact for patients, healthcare professionals, and carers.

Working from our newly refurbished Crewe office, you'll provide a professional and reassuring service, helping customers with enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring patients receive the support they need. Every conversation is an opportunity to positively impact someone's day.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll need to be adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding customer care while working within a supportive team environment.
