Summary
4Life Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our growing team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and guiding Healthcare Assistants to ensure outstanding standards of care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personal care and support to clients in their own homes and within the community.
Promote independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
Assist with medication administration and record keeping.
Support the implementation and review of care plans.
Monitor clients' health and wellbeing, reporting concerns appropriately.
Provide guidance and support to Healthcare Assistants and new team members.
Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
Liaise professionally with families, healthcare professionals, and management.
