The Role

We are currently recruiting a Healthcare Technician to join our East Yorkshire Field Operations team. This is a hands-on, patient‑facing role where empathy, professionalism, and reliability matter just as much as technical skill.

Respond to emergency 4‑hour and same‑day callouts

Travel across Hull and, when required, the wider Yorkshire region

Load and unload vehicles safely and maintain excellent driving standards

Complete accurate documentation, asset tracking, and required reports

Carry out basic technical problem‑solving during installations and servicing

Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when supporting patients in their homes

Work a rota including weekends and on‑call duties

Adhere to all company, NHS, health & safety, and environmental procedures
