Duties of the Fast Fit Centre Manager:

- Lead and motivate the workshop team to meet operational objectives and improve performance

- Manage daily workshop operations to ensure high standards of service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

- Oversee the safety and security of the workshop, stock, and equipment

- Promote a positive working environment focusing on team development and customer care

- Ensure accurate stock control, timely deliveries, and proper storage procedures

- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards

- Develop practical strategies to optimise workshop productivity and profitability

- Foster continual learning and development within the team

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry, ideally as Fast Fit Centre Manager or similar

- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team motivation and development

- Technical knowledge of automotive repairs, servicing, and diagnostics

- Successful track record in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment

- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

- Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of six months, with no more than six points

- Experience managing health and safety procedures relevant to automotive workshops
