Our esteemed client, a family-run crash repair centre, is looking to recruit a highly skilled Panel Beater to join their professional and friendly team. This role offers excellent prospects for long-term employment within a well-equipped, modern workshop.

Duties of a Panel Beater:

- Carry out comprehensive panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles, from minor dents to major structural alignments

- Work with materials including steel, aluminium, and composites

- Straightening, welding, filling, and realigning damaged panels to manufacturer standards

- Ensure all repairs meet industry safety and quality standards

- Collaborate with colleagues in paint and Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) departments to maintain workflow

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

Requirements of a Panel Beater:

- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Bodyshop Technician

- ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable and able to commute easily to the Croydon area

- Knowledge of working with different materials including steel, aluminium, and composites
