This role is ideal for a skilled and experienced Service Advisor seeking a position within a leading dealership that values customer service, professionalism, and career development. - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break

Duties of a Service Advisor:

- Managing customer vehicle service bookings efficiently and professionally

- Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support to build customer loyalty

- Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure timely and effective vehicle servicing and repairs

- Upselling service plans, maintenance packages, and parts where appropriate

- Maintaining accurate customer records and detailed service documentation

- Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are maximised to promote repeat business and positive reviews

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership or workshop environment

- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

- Passionate about delivering high standards of customer service

- Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes desirable but not essential

- Professional, friendly, and able to work effectively under pressure
