Summary

Our Client, a reputable and well-established Accident Repair Group with centres across Berkshire, is seeking a qualified Panel Beater for their busy Slough operation. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Panel Beater to join a professional team that values quality workmanship and long-term career development.

Duties:

- Repairing or replacing damaged panels to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction

- Planning daily workloads efficiently and ordering parts in advance to meet delivery deadlines

- Maintaining up-to-date technical product knowledge relevant to panel beating

- Ensuring workspace standards through good housekeeping and accurate administration of work records

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive bodyshop environment

- Ability to carry out repairs or panel replacements to a high standard

- Awareness of quality standards and attention to detail

- Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple jobs effectively

- NVQ or ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential; relevant experience is considered sufficient
