Summary
Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm (30 mins unpaid break)

About the Role of Recruitment Administrator:
- Assisting in the end to end recruitment process which includes:
- Creating and updating database with suitable candidates for each role.
- Advertising jobs descriptions, screening and shortlisting candidates and booking interviews.
- Sending offer of employment letter.
- Ensuring that all the references are requested and received.
- Booking interviews.
- Taking interview and meeting notes.
- Arranging start dates.
- Ensuring contracts are sent in a timely manner and new starters are set up on our in house system.
- Changing terms and conditions as and when required.
- Answering telephone calls and queries relating to the work of the HR Department and deal with them effectively.
- Taking messages and/or forwarding information to the appropriate person or department.
- Carrying out photocopying, scanning and distribution of documents as required
Person Specifications:
- At least 2 years experience in an Administration role.
- Sound knowledge about local recruitment and overseas hiring in UK .
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
- Good level of both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Holding a typing skill of (50 words per minute).
- Holding skills in Arranging & Auditing of Recruitment Files and Documents.
- CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in the Care/Healthcare sector (desirable but not essential)
