Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and competent Clinical Manager (CM) to become part of our team at the Sunderland Royal urgent treatment centre (UTC). This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician to lead the clinical team and continue to deliver a consistent high standard of patient care within the department. The successful applicant should be a registered nurse or paramedic with an excellent level of experience and knowledge of minor illness or injury presentations, from either an urgent care or emergency department background. The role will involve working clinical hours in the treatment room to not only support the team, but lead by example. There is an expectation this will also involve working some weekends and supporting the team during busy periods while on management shifts. Partnering Health Group (PHL) are an established and expanding healthcare organisation responsible for providing a variety of urgent and primary health care services across the UK and are delighted to be providing the UTC in Sunderland. We provide high quality, safe services which improve the health, wellbeing, and independence of the people we care for.
