Summary
The Role We seek a candidate with a strong clinical background in acute surgical care to ensure the Theatre department is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well Led. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Theatre team, building strong relationships with staff, consultants, and stakeholders. They will drive excellence in safety and quality of care, support the Quality agenda by monitoring standards, identifying risks, and implementing changes for continuous improvement. Where you'll be based Buckshaw Hospital - Chorley Essential experience and qualifications ODP level 3/NMC Understanding of clinical standards Organisational and communication skills Computer skills Registered with HCPC/NMC Scrub, Anaesthetic or Recovery/Endoscopy experience What you'll bring Strong clinical background Commitment to customer-focused services Communication and influencing skills Track record of enhancing quality and efficiency Experience in compliance with Governance Framework Understanding of legal and professional standards
