We are recruiting for a

French-Speaking Customer Service Adviser to join a well-established and growing business based in

Kirkby, Liverpool on a

12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

This is an excellent opportunity for a

graduate looking to start their career or an experienced professional from a

customer service, hospitality, administration, or office-based background seeking a new challenge.

The Role

As a French-Speaking Customer Service Adviser, you will act as a key point of contact for French-speaking customers, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently while delivering a first-class customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

Providing support to French-speaking customers

Resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems

Working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery

Building positive relationships with customers and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Fluent

French language skills (both written and spoken) are essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems

Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, retail, or an office environment would be advantageous

Graduates with fluent French are encouraged to apply
