Your new schools

Hays Education is working in close partnership with several warm, community‑focused primary schools across North Birmingham - including Great Barr, Erdington, and Sutton Coldfield - to support their daily supply and short/long‑term teaching cover. These schools are well-established, supportive, and committed to providing positive, inclusive learning environments for all pupils.

Areas I am currently supporting:

North Birmingham - a nurturing, values‑driven school community

Great Barr / North‑West Birmingham - a friendly, well‑established primary setting

Erdington / North Birmingham - an inclusive school with strong pastoral support

Sutton Coldfield - a reputable, well‑led junior school with a positive learning culture

Your new role

I am looking for adaptable, enthusiastic primary teachers who can step confidently into the classroom and deliver high‑quality learning at short notice. Whether you're seeking one day a week, regular part‑time work, or a more consistent pattern, we can offer complete flexibility alongside high rates of pay.

What you'll need to succeed

QTS or equivalent with experience in EYFS, KS1 or KS2

Strong classroom management and the ability to build rapport quickly

A proactive, positive approach to supporting pupils' learning

Flexibility to work across different year groups when required

Professionalism and reliability, especially for short‑notice cover
