Compliance & Monitoring Officer needed in Braintree Paying £20 per hr ref 23712

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Conduct audits, inspections, site visits and compliance monitoring activities.
Identify non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver health and safety training, inductions, toolbox talks and competency assessments.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses and complaints, producing detailed reports and recommendations.
Support the development and review of risk assessments, safe systems of work and operational procedures.
Monitor compliance with PPE requirements, vehicle safety standards and operator licence obligations.
Analyse compliance data, trends and audit findings to drive continuous improvement.
Provide practical health and safety advice to managers, supervisors and operational staff.
Liaise with regulatory bodies including the HSE, DVSA and Environment Agency.
