KPI Education is working with a
group of secondary schools across Bromley who are recruiting ambitious graduates to join their schools from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a
PGCE, QTS or salaried teacher training programme. You will work alongside experienced teachers, support students and develop practical classroom skills before taking the next step towards becoming a qualified teacher.

English | Mathematics | Biology | Chemistry | Physics | History | Geography | Religious Studies | Humanities
The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teaching and learning across
KS3 and KS4, working closely with teachers and students.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Supporting students in your specialist subject
• Providing
1:1 and small-group academic support
• Delivering subject-specific interventions
• Supporting students preparing for
GCSEs
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation
• Helping students improve confidence, engagement and attainment
• Developing classroom management and communication skills
• Building positive relationships with students and staff
What We’re Looking For
• A
2:1 degree or above in a relevant subject
• 2:2 graduates may be considered with relevant experience
• Strong academic and subject knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• A genuine interest in education
• Enthusiasm for working with young people
• A clear ambition to progress into teaching
• Right to work in the UK
