We are seeking experienced Large Format Digital Print Operators based throughout the East Midlands.

Working within a fast-paced production team, you will be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate large format digital printing equipment.

• Prepare print files and optimise artwork using RIP software.

• Monitor print production to ensure colour consistency and quality standards are maintained.

• Carry out routine quality checks throughout the production process.

• Perform daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting on print machinery.

• Load and manage a variety of print materials and substrates.

• Ensure jobs are completed in line with production schedules and customer requirements.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

• Work closely with colleagues across production and finishing departments to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.

About You

• Previous experience within a large format digital print production environment.

• Strong understanding of large format printing processes and workflows.

• Experience operating digital print equipment, including roll-to-roll and flatbed printers.

• Familiarity with RIP software and print file preparation.

• Good understanding of colour management and quality control procedures.

• Experience working with a variety of print materials and substrates.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

• Reliable team player with good communication skills.

Desirable Experience

• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.

• Knowledge of colour calibration and profiling techniques.

• Experience handling specialist materials and large-scale print applications.

• Exposure to high-volume, fast-paced production environments.
