The Role:

The Repairs and Maintenance Service at Stoke on Trent City Council are looking for an Operational Team Leader to join the team. In this role you will manage a multi disciplinary team to ensure that there is an effective and efficient service delivered by the Repairs and Maintenance Team.

Lead, manage and motivate a multi disciplinary team to deliver high quality services

Monitor team performance, productivity and services standards and address any issues and drive continuous improvement

Ensure the team is compliant with legislation, policies and procedures

Oversee the effective management of vehicles, plant and equipment
