Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Nail Technician to join our vibrant team in our busy town centre salon! We receive around 90% repeat business and have been established 26 years. We have recently updraged our pedicure chairs and we are also in the proocess of modernizing our salon.

We are looking for 2 new technicians; ideally Thursday to Saturday although full time can be discussed. These are positions for experienced staff only who can work quickly to a high standard. In the longer term we would be looking to do this on a desk rental basis.

We create a welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests.

Your expertise will help elevate our clients’ beauty routines while providing outstanding customer service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills, grow your professional portfolio, and be part of a dynamic beauty community.

In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services:

Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, Builder Gel and nail art with precision and creativity

Photgraph your work for our website and social media.

Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards

Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail services or enhancements

Manage appointment scheduling at the front desk, ensuring smooth flow of client flow and timely service delivery

Provide excellent customer service by building rapport, addressing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction

Participate in the cleaning schedule.

Participate in training to develop your skills.

Skills

Strong management skills to handle appointments, inventory, and client records efficiently

Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members clearly and professionally

Proficiency in social media management to attract new clients and promote ongoing specials or events

Exceptional customer service abilities to create a positive experience for every guest

Knowledge of hospitality standards to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests

Expertisein social media such as TIk Tok and instagram.
