You'll play a key role in managing day-to-day IT and AV operations across our growing portfolio of university campuses.

Key Responsibilities

- Tech & AV Support: Provide friendly first-line IT and AV support to staff, university members, guests, and campus teams

- Network & Systems: Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, printers, meeting room systems, conference setups, and wired network connectivity issues

- Hardware Maintenance: Monitor and maintain access points, switches, patch panels, and cabling to keep infrastructure running smoothly

- Event & Meeting Prep: Conduct daily AV checks in event spaces and meeting rooms, assist with event tech setups, and train Front of House staff on basic AV operations

- Site Management: Help carry out Wi-Fi heatmapping, monitor wireless access points (WAPs), and coordinate with third-party contractors for site maintenance or upgrades

- Documentation & Assets: Keep clear, accurate records for procedures, network configurations, Wi-Fi maps, hardware assets, and troubleshooting guides
