Summary

Tomorrow’s Talent is working on behalf of an established and innovative business operating within the manufacturing, engineering and sustainable materials sector.

We are looking for a practical, hands-on Operations & Maintenance Supervisor to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a specialist materials repurposing facility.

This is a varied role combining team leadership, production coordination, plant operation and hands-on mechanical maintenance. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the plant operates safely, efficiently and reliably, while helping to improve maintenance processes, throughput and equipment performance.

Full training will be provided on the organisation's existing machinery, processes and procedures.
