Summary

You’ll be delivering ambitious growth across our lottery and raffle portfolio, driving player recruitment, improving retention, developing new prize-led products and maximising long-term income.

You’ll lead strategy as well as delivery, leading your own face-to-face fundraising team, specialist agencies and digital partners.

As our Lottery & Prize Manager, your role will include:

- Developing and delivering the lottery growth strategy

- Driving recruitment across face-to-face, digital, retail & community channels

- Developing innovative raffle and prize-led fundraising products

- Using data insights to improve acquisition, retention & supporter lifetime value

- Monitoring budgets, forecasting performance & maximising return on investment (ROI)

- Working with Marketing to deliver integrated acquisition campaigns

- Ensuring Gambling Commission compliance

- Managing and developing the Lottery team to foster high performance

This is a hybrid role offering some home working with an office base in Warwick or Coventry. Flexible working hours can be considered (to be discussed at interview).
