Summary
Repairing, servicing and testing wire and cable processing machinery and industrial tools.
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults in this equipment.
Providing technical support to customers by telephone and email.
Carrying out calibration of torque testing meters and maintaining calibration records.
Assembling, testing and commissioning machines that we manufacture ourselves.
Planning and scheduling the build of our machines, ensuring components and subcontracted work are available when required.
Liaising with staff to coordinate supply of parts/services.
Carrying out inspection and testing and helping to maintain our quality standards.
All carried out on our site.
