Summary

Vocational Trainer Coach Bricklaying (26/080)

£31,635 FTE + £5,000 Market Weighting FTE (£12,397.50 pro rata per annum + £1,959.46 market weighting)

14.5 hours per week

Permanent

Location: East Riding College, Beverley (cross-site travel required)

TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also.

About the role

The Apprenticeship Department is now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Vocational Trainer Coach to join our well-established team. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will work closely with the Performance Manager and Operation Manager to deliver high-quality learning and assessing experiences to our apprentices on the bricklaying, construction support technician and Design technician apprenticeships.

About the person

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills with a strong focus on learner engagement and professional standards. They will be well-organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality learning and assessing in Bricklaying/Civil Engineering

Candidates should also have:

• Level 3 or above qualification in Brickwork

• CAVA or equivalent or willingness to work towards

• Prior experience working in a construction environment.

• Level 2/GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)

• Competence in using ICT to support teaching, learning, and assessment
