We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Disrepair Surveyors (PO2) to join our team on an interim basis. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough surveys of properties with reported disrepair issues.
Prepare detailed inspection reports including photographic evidence and cost estimates.
Identify and classify types of disrepair affecting residential properties.
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate repair processes.
Advise on necessary remedial works and prioritize according to severity and urgency.
Ensure compliance with relevant housing standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
Support legal teams by providing technical expertise and evidence for disputes or claims.
Monitor ongoing repairs to verify quality and completion within agreed timelines.
Maintain accurate records and case files to support effective case management.
