Our client, a reputable main dealership in Sheffield, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their established team. We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Vehicle Technician, a role ideal for those committed to maintaining high standards in vehicle servicing and repairs.

- Competitive basic salary up to £38,000, with an OTE of £42,500

- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct vehicle repairs and servicing to manufacturer standards

- Perform diagnostic checks to identify faults accurately

- Liaise professionally with customers, service advisors, and management

- Inspect vehicles for wear, damage, and general faults

- Ensure repairs and maintenance are completed in accordance with DVSA guidelines

- Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service

- Complete all repair and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

- Level 3 IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy workshop

- Full UK driving licence

- MOT licence is desirable but not essential

- Strong customer service skills and excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of workmanship
