Vehicle Sales Administrator vacancy in Carmarthen!

Our client, a franchise-approved automotive dealership located in Carmarthen, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills to join a reputable team in a busy automotive environment.

Benefits for the successful Vehicle Sales Administrator:

- Salary between £27,500 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience

- 28 days’ annual leave, including bank holidays

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a half-hour paid lunch

Duties of the Vehicle Sales Administrator:

- Support the vehicle sales and management teams with administrative tasks

- Manage vehicle registration and taxation processes via AFRL

- Raise sales invoices accurately and efficiently

- Maintain detailed vehicle files and records

- Prepare and review reports for internal and external use

- Provide holiday cover for team members

- Handle ad-hoc office administration duties as required

Requirements of the Vehicle Sales Administrator:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Sales Administrator is highly beneficial

- Alternatively, individuals with similar administration experience outside the motor trade are encouraged to apply

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

- Knowledge of dealer management systems (DMS) is advantageous

- Ability to deliver high levels of administrative support in a professional manner
