Duties of a Panel Beater:

- Complete high-quality panel repairs on a broad range of vehicles, including high-tech and luxury models

- Diagnose damage accurately and prepare repair plans aligning with manufacturer standards

- Use a variety of tools and techniques to repair or replace panels efficiently and safely

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

- Provide excellent communication and customer service throughout the repair process

Requirements of a Panel Beater:

- Qualified Panel Beater with NVQ / IMI Level 3 or equivalent, or proven relevant experience

- Full UK/EU driving licence

- Experience working on high-tech and prestige vehicles is highly desirable

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
