Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

- Provide excellent customer service from greeting to vehicle handover

- Build rapport with customers and identify their needs

- Present suitable vehicle options, explaining features and benefits

- Appraise and negotiate used car part exchanges

- Organise and conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations

- Prospect for new customers and manage existing client relationships

- Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for inspection

- Maintain accurate records using CRM and dealership management systems

- Follow dealership sales processes to maximise conversions and customer satisfaction

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

- Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive or within automotive sales is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for cars and delivering excellent customer service

- Confidence and motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment

- Full UK driving licence

- Flexibility to work weekends as required
