Duties of the HGV Technician :

- Conduct servicing and repairs on HGV vehicles to the highest industry standards

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately and efficiently

- Work collaboratively within a team environment to meet operational deadlines

- Identify and resolve technical issues proactively to minimise workshop downtime

- Document repair processes clearly and communicate effectively with colleagues

- Adhere strictly to safety procedures and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills

Requirements of the HGV Technician :

- Valid driver’s licence; HGV licence is advantageous but not essential

- Proven experience as an HGV Technician

- Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent

- Strong workshop experience with a passion for vehicle maintenance and repair

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
