Who you are:
- Organised, people-focused, and able to keep things running smoothly
- Strong attention to detail and confidence in a busy environment
- At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
A day in the life of a Care Coordinator:
- Match carers with clients and organise care schedules.
- Keep rotas running smoothly and ensure continuity of care.
- Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
- Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.
- Provide on-call
Support the setup of new care packages.
support during evenings and weekends when required.
