Summary

Applicants will hold Full registration with GMC and a licence to practise Applicants will either be on the specialist register or be within six months of their expected date of CCT at the time of interview. Specialist Registrar or equivalent grade experience in ENT surgery leading to CCT or equivalent is required. Applicants must possess the following skills, Able to fully integrate within the ENT unit and develop own specialist interest that complements the existing skills/interests of the directorate. Able to communicate with and motivate colleagues both medical and non-medical, evidence of good team worker and the ability to lead a team. We are a highly motivated and cohesive team dedicated to providing an excellent service for our patients. The programme of support for each individual doctor will be flexible depending on his/her particular needs and experience. You will be required to participate in Consultant Appraisal and Job Plan Reviews on an annual basis and the revalidation process in line with your professional registration
