Summary
We are looking for someone who can combine strong organisational skills with a positive and collaborative approach. You will be educated to diploma level or equivalent and have experience of working within an administrative or corporate services environment. You will also need experience of analysing and interpreting complex and varied information and producing assessments or reports for senior management. You will be someone who: builds effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders communicates clearly and adapts their approach to different audiences takes ownership and accountability for their work can work independently while contributing positively to a wider team manages competing priorities and deadlines with excellent attention to detail demonstrates positive leadership behaviours and supports others to develop is confident working with information and data to support effective decision-making. Please note The post is based on site at an agreed Trust location and requires flexibility in relation to location, duties and working hours, including travel to other Trust locations where required. The successful candidate will also be required to participate in an on-call rota which may involve being on site during the day, at night and at weekends. Previous NHS or operational experience, knowledge of improvement methodologies and experience of project or change management would be advantageous, but are not essential.
