Warehouse Operative Nights - Darlington

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative Nights to work with a leading retail company in Darlington. This role involves handling products during night shifts, ensuring accurate picking and packing, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Shift Patterns:

* Sunday - Saturday: 22:00 till 06:00 (Flexibility required)

Pay Rates:

* 13.91 GBP hourly

Essential Requirements for Warehouse Operative Nights:

* Willingness to learn daily tasks

* Ability to follow supervisor instructions respectfully

* Teamwork and helping coworkers

* Basic English and Math levels

* Available 40 hours a week

* Not on a student visa

Desirable Requirements for Warehouse Operative Nights:

* Long-term work availability

* Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment

* Good attendance record

* Experience working to targets

* Attention to detail

* Familiarity with health and safety procedures

* MHE experience
