Bank Holidays: Enhanced rate of £18.00 per hour

KM Healthcare Ltd is a growing health and social care staffing provider supporting care organisations with reliable, compassionate and professional healthcare staff.

We are currently building our team of Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers across Mansfield and surrounding areas.

We are looking for caring, dependable and professional individuals who want flexible work and the opportunity to support people across a variety of health and social care settings.

The Role

As a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker with KM Healthcare Ltd, you may work across care homes, supported living services and other health and social care environments depending on your experience, availability and client requirements.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Supporting individuals with their daily routines and wellbeing

- Providing compassionate and person-centred support

- Supporting mobility and safe movement where required

- Assisting with meals, hydration and general wellbeing

- Providing companionship and emotional support

- Supporting individuals with activities and community engagement

- Recording relevant care information accurately

- Following individual care plans, risk assessments and support plans

- Reporting concerns or changes in an individual's wellbeing

- Following safeguarding, infection-control and health-and-safety procedures

- Working professionally alongside permanent staff and other healthcare professionals

What We Are Looking For

We would like to hear from candidates who are:

- Compassionate, respectful and reliable

- Professional and able to work independently

- Comfortable working within different care environments

- Able to follow care plans, policies and professional boundaries

- Good communicators with a person-centred approach

- Flexible regarding shifts and locations

Previous health or social care experience is preferred.

Successful applicants will be required to complete KM Healthcare's recruitment and compliance process before being offered assignments.

This may include:

- Proof of identity

- Right-to-work checks

- Enhanced DBS checks where required

- Relevant training and competency checks

- Employment history and compliance documentation
