- Managing behaviour fairly and consistently

- Working collaboratively with departmental colleagues
For longer-term and permanent positions, there may also be opportunities to contribute to curriculum development, enrichment activities and wider departmental responsibilities.

We're looking for Secondary Teachers who:
- Hold QTS or an appropriate equivalent qualification
- Have strong knowledge of their subject
- Can communicate their subject enthusiastically
- Build positive relationships with young people
- Adapt confidently to different classes and abilities
- Have effective classroom and behaviour management skills
- Are reliable and professional
- Work positively with colleagues
- Are committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
