About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them to live as independently as possible. Your role will include:

Following individual daily planners and routines

Supporting with financial expenditure and budgeting

Assisting with personal care where required

Providing domestic support to maintain a safe and comfortable home

Supporting with the administration of medication

Encouraging participation in activities within the local community

Promoting independence, wellbeing and social inclusion

You’ll be part of a supportive team, helping individuals build confidence, develop skills and enjoy meaningful experiences.

Flexibility is essential as shifts may include:

Days

Evenings

Weekends

Waking nights

Experience & Training

Previous experience is helpful but not essential. If you have the right values and attitude, we will provide:
