Vehicle Technician

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for an

Vehicle Technician to join our client based in Hereford. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Technician to join one of the UK's leading motorhome dealerships

Your Role

As a

Vehicle Technician, your duties will include:

Servicing and repairing motorhomes and campervans

Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults

MOT preparation and general maintenance

Working on brakes, suspension, engines and transmissions

12V/240V electrical systems and leisure equipment

Carrying out inspections and safety checks

Keeping accurate job records

Working safely and maintaining a clean workshop

Requirements

Previous experience as a

Vehicle Technician/Mechanic, ideally with motorhomes, campervans, cars or commercial vehicles.

Strong knowledge of

vehicle servicing, maintenance and fault diagnosis.

Ability to diagnose and repair

mechanical, electrical and electronic faults.

Experience with

engines, brakes, suspension, steering and transmissions.

Good understanding of

12V electrical systems; motorhome/leisure electrical experience is an advantage.

Ability to use

diagnostic equipment and workshop tools.

Relevant qualifications such as

NVQ Level 2/3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent are preferred.

Full UK driving licence.

Pay & Shifts

£19.23ph depending on experience

Monday - Friday

08:00 - 16:00
